An Architectural  Marvel!

The Ram Mandir is constructed in the conventional Nagara style, known for its complicated carvings, soaring spires, and vastu. The sanctum sanctorum will house the Idols of Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, and Hanuman. The sanctuary complex also would house several mandapas (halls) for rituals and ceremonies.

A Symphony of Stones!

The construction of the Ram Mandir uses pink sandstone sourced from Rajasthan. Several skilled artisans are meticulously carving intricate designs and motifs onto the stones, depicting scenes from the Ramayana and Hindu mythology. The walls of the temple and city of Ayodhya will come alive with stories etched in stone and on walls of the city.

No Iron! No RUST!

Interestingly, there is no use of iron or steel in the temple's construction. This is a traditional practice that ensures the longevity of the structure by preventing rusting. The temple can thus stand tall for centuries.

A Rust Free Structure!

An estimated 70% of the total area of the temple complex will be surrounded by a vast green space. A promise fulfilled that shows commitment towards environmental sustainability and reflects the bond Lord Rama shared with nature.  Ramayana depicts Rama as a nature lover who was supported by all forms of life.
